A weekly class leading up to the arrival of the new baby. Prenatal Yoga w/ Kara focuses on the mental health of the pregnant person through calming breathing exercises and stretches meant to calm the mind and prepare the body for birth.
New Parent Yoga Circle
A gathering of individuals who have recently entered into parenthood with a new baby. Every parent’s body is affected by the arrival of the baby. Stretches and gentle movements are vital to soothing the nervous system and connecting with our bodies. Breath work, rest, and meditation assist in calming the sleep deprived, new parent brain.
